Here is Dave’s second release for 2021…this time a fantastic instrumental with some great and memorable hooks to get you humming and vocalising along. The track bounces along at 120 bpm and features some fantastic guitar playing from Dave along with some great guitar synth work to give this tune a distinctive and intriguing sound. This package comes with a shorter Radio edit (3.52) and an extended Jazz mix (5.38) together with a fantastic remix courtesy of Franklin D. “Song from the Rock”….where does that title come from… well it’s always difficult to come up with names for instrumental tracks…. But this is Dave’s first proper track written and recorded since he moved over to Canvey Island … birthplace of the original Goldmine club and now home to several Artists and DJs alike and has become known affectionately as “the Rock” to many of the inhabitants. So…you never know what’s coming next from Dave and this release is no exception… is the next going to be an upfront Soulful house floor filler or a mid tempo groover…. Or maybe even a truly soulful ballad ?? One thing you do know is that Dave will have put his heart and soul into making it as only he can. Hope you all enjoy this new release.
